i dont bench anymore, i had shoulder surgery 3 years ago

dumbell chest press 45 kg on each arm flat, lower the weight a little for the incline, getting enough fiber tears/stimulation and seeing gains without sacrificing me shoulder

I can bench around 90kg for 5 reps but this seems to be my limit.

I only weigh 70kg though, so I'm happy with that.

Hey, I gladly admit Kessler is a sore spot for me. But honestly, Kessler is a 4-5 time world champion. Defended his belts like 10 times and was a world champion at 24-25 years old and beat Carl Froch.

Why would I think a relatively simple fighter like Degale would beat Kessler? Degale honestly doesn't do anything better than Kessler from a physical or technical standpoint. He can't go 12 rounds with the viking warrior.
