Fraud Mayweather Jr. is still guilty of domestic violence towards his ex-girlfriend Josie Harris.

The NSAC accommodates Fraud Jr., they chose to turn a blind eye for his 'Dog House' sparring sessions that involved unsanctioned fights lasting more than 30 minutes. They accepted his blatant lie about the use of marijuana on All Access. They gave him a license to fight Miguel Cotto after he pled guilty to battery domestic violence, from which he only served 60 days of a 90 day jail sentence.
Considering the above, even if Fraud Jr. does test positive, it will most likely get swept under the rug, like the alleged three failed drug test with USADA. He generates far too much revenue in The State of Nevada for them to throw him under the bus. When the money stops flowing, don't be surprised if the same people that have invested in him, decide to hang him out to dry.
And that explanation was good enough to walk out of his hearing with the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) as clean as he walked in.

Here's an excerpt from the Thomas Hauser article.
More specifically, it was rumored that Mayweather’s “A” sample had tested positive on three occasions and, after each positive test, USADA had found exceptional circumstances in the form of inadvertent use and gave Floyd a waiver. This waiver, according to the rumor, negated the need for a test of Floyd’s “B” sample. And because the “B” sample was never tested, a loophole in USADA’s contract with Mayweather and Golden Boy allowed the testing to proceed without the positive “A” sample results being reported to Mayweather’s opponent or the Nevada State Athletic Commission (which had jurisdiction over the fights).Comment

Athletes use drugs, transfusions, and science to perform better. But how do they do it, and how are they caught?
Here's an excerpt.
The most common way the cyclists confounded blood tests was through saline injections, a banned but undetectable practice. The extra hemoglobin and hematocrit cells that help a racer retain oxygen and avoid fatigue can be watered down below official thresholds by adding a saline solution to the blood within just 20 minutes' notice of an imminent test.Comment

Lol. What's happening here? Floyd can't win even when he wins - gets booed wherever he goes - so his employees attack Pacquiao? Lol.
If Floyd didn't play dirty by holding, pushing the head, using his forearm, didn't do the tricks he did outside the ring then he would be respected.
He is a cheat plain and simple. He says it himself with the spies, the "chess games", his doing vampire facials, the****utic exemptions, etc.Comment
