    Floyd Mayweather on "Special Substance"

Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao were both tested around 19 times.

    Mayweather was on "special substance."

    Mayweather gave urine on March 13, 18, 19 and 28, April 2, 10, 15, 21 and 27 and May 1 and 2. He gave blood samples on March 13, 18 and 28, April 2, 10, 15 and 21 and May 2.

    Paquiao gave urine on March 14, 17, 23 and 24, April 1, 9, 16, 22 and 27 and May 1 and 2. Pacquiao gave blood samples on March 14, 17 and 24, April 1, 9, 16 and 22 and May 2.

Mayweather also applied for, and was given, a the****utic use exemption (TUE) for rehydration purposes after the May 1 weigh-in. He took two separate mixes. The first was a mixture of 250 ml of saline and multi-vitamins. The second was a 500 ml mixuture of saline...

The United States Anti-Doping Agency tested each man multiple times before and after their May 2 bout, and included Carbon Isotope Ratio testing as well as for EPO and HGH.

I thought TUE stood for Testosterone Use Exemption.

NSAC used to give TUE's out to fighters for TRT.

Corrected. The "special substance" phrase on the original post is also a link.

For the record, both fighters passed the test.

However, Pacquiao was not granted by the NSAC the non-steroidal non-PED substances that he requested while Floyd was easily granted a the****utic use exemption.

So Pac and May both gave equal amounts of blood and urine.

Another Pac nation lie exposed debunked and destroyed.

              Exactly.

But Pacquiao was not granted the perfectly legal numbing agent along with other legal stuff yet Floyd was easily granted.

It was not a level playing field.

You only need a the****utic exemption for banned substances. So Floyd was taking banned substances.

And what's more, Floyd has negotiated the ability to retroactively get an exemption. That means if Floyd gets caught for using steroids, he just has to get a doctors note saying he has low testosterone and the USADA will throw the positive test out.

Floyd always stacks the decks, including with using PEDs. I mean, its kinda obvious when you think about Floyd as a person, obviously he'd be the first person to use PEDS.

I don't really care, but why would you get a TUE to help you rehydrate?
