Froch sounds keen on Golovkin to me, but he did mention other options at one point (outside of retirement) which I took to mean alternative opponents but it could easily have meant something else.
Truth be told, it may not be the brightest move to fight Golovkin after a 16 month lay-off at the age of 37/38 (if the fight took place in September as mooted). He could do with a tune up.
