The point is that it is 1. A 2 time olympic gold medalist and one of the most technically proficient fighters in the world today. 2. An olympic medalist (should have been gold), and one of the best fighters of the last 20 years, and 3. Former p4p #1 fighter in the world, and guy who picked Floyd to win, all thought Pacquiao won.

They are guys you cant say dksab. They saw something we didn't such as Pacquiao under credited defense. Floyds less effective than we thought boxing from the outside, or maybe something else.

I thought Floyd won by a wide margin, but if guys with that kind of resume thing the fight was either very close, or Pacquiao won, it deserves rewatching and re-evaluating what happened in the fight, as has been going on in this thread.

On thing that has become clear is that many of the clean punches that people were giving Floyd credit for in close inactive rounds, were actually blocked by Pacquiao, and make the rounds much more debatable.

I still don't think Pacquiao won, but I now believe the fight was much closer than the 9-3 I originally scored it for Floyd.

Feel quite duped by the commentary and by the punch stats as well.

Actually, he is not the only one who agrees with that. Checking others who have re-watched the fight agree with that too. Not including Floyd fans though. Still, even the more objective Floyd fans are now agreeing that the fight was close after re-watching the fight.

      • Even after 3 weeks, the tears of Pac fans are still as good.

Lol According to you anyone who says the fight was closer then the scorecards=objective fan
Anyone who says that Mayweather clearly dominated the fight=Floyd fan
You're a clown who deserves this karma. You'll cry over this fight forever.

If you make valid points, I can at least disagree but accept your point of view but you didn't so I can't.

You are still insulting people ..... no surprise since you do it even when someone responds with facts.

It's similar to the first Bradley fight with Pac, Pac has a very underrated defence, but the perception the judges had was he was a reckless attacker and Bradley was a slick brotha so they gave him undue credit.
