Haymon hasnt really shown the viability of this new model. Hes burning through a ton of investor money with so so results. And thats after serving up a bad product to HBO for years and getting kicked out, then running Showtime into the ground in record time

Last year was the worst ever for Showtime, but looks like this on leaves it in the dust. 2 non Shobox fights in 5 months, with only thing on Schedule Wilder Molina. Chavez ratings dropped almost 50% on Showtime

Haymon's PBC project it's still in a preliminary phase... Haymon' finances are secured till the end of 2016. So people should wait a little longer in order to produce viable assessments. (Haymon might adapt and make changes...)

When this whole PBC venture kicked off lots of people thought it was going to take over boxing but the cold hard truth in the stark light of day is that they just dont have the horses.

They have the horses, they're just not putting on the best fights because Haymon is playing a dual role.

Dude, GGG vs a glorified sparring partner is not "off the chain". However, I admit, just as I predicted, that PBC has caused HBO to provide better matches this year. Bradley vs. Vargas is not one of those better matches, but some of them have been really good.

Can't deny it was exciting though, Monroe really stepped up and fought his heart out.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I was more excited about Thurman vs Guerrero, Peterson vs Garcia, and now, Broner vs Porter moreso than any fight HBO has put on in a long time.

I liked the Thurman-Guerrero fight but who was asking for Peterson-Garcia fight? that's one they decided we should want rather than the other way around and the fans asking for it. It turned out good though to be fair.
