save it.. people knew how Floyd fights, hes been doing it for 20 years... the lawsuits are aimed at Pacquiao for a reason. .it was his job to cut the ring and force a brawl to break out.. instead he chose to box at floyds pace..later telling the world his shoulder affected him.. he ruined the fight, period

Experts in resolving legal disputes doubt disgruntled boxing fans will be able to claim victory.

***8220;They***8217;d have more lawsuits if they didn***8217;t hold the fight,***8221; said Maureen Weston, director of Pepperdine University***8217;s entertainment, media and sports dispute resolution project.

If a fight is what fans were paying for, the fighters unquestionably delivered, she said. Just because people didn***8217;t like the show doesn***8217;t mean they get their money back, she said.

Ultimately, the question is, whom did Pacquiao have a legal duty to explain his injury to? Weston said.

Short answer: He didn***8217;t have to tell viewers, Weston said. The only contract viewers had was with their cable companies, which in turn had contracts with HBO and Showtime.

This lady pretty much sums it up, these are just frivolous lawsuits, I remember when Oscar vs. Floyd happened they had tons of people posting videos on youtube asking for a refund from the cable company because they fight was boring and they claimed Mayweather put up false advertising when he promoted the event when he said he will deliver fireworks and knock Oscar out.

Has the world gone f***ing crazy?! What the f***?! We paid for a 12 round fight and we got one, so every fighter that suffers and injury gets sued, I cannot believe how greedy and SICK the world is!

Look at what the ***** ass Pacquiao has started. If he would have taken his loss Like a man, his ***** ass wouldn't be getting sued right now.

The boos Floyd heard after he had won is resonating.. They didn't like how boring this track runner played in a huge ring.

Boxing is for fighting. Running and fighting scared doesn't belong in the ring. I'm not surprised people are complaining. That's not how to put on a show Floyd.

As I said Floyd should return his fight purse. He literally ran with it to the bank.

It was nothing more than a very low intensity sparring session.

They got their paychecks and hugged, winked and laughed and now they're testing out the public interest in a fake "bad blood" for a rematch.

how can u call that a fight? They were sparring at best. Floyd fans will call it boxing because its whats best suits them. The public was fooled and fanboys are only taking sides instead of calling it for what it was, a robbery. The fans were robbed of greatness. A washed up congressman against a woman beater who only fights in vegas with his judges, his referee and his paid USADA.

This is one of the worst generations in boxing history.

I think Pacquaio's shoulder injury is a lie. However, I think the lawsuits have no merit, especially those who are trying to sue Mayweather. What the plaintiffs are basically saying is that they expected to see Rocky Balboa vs Apollo Creed and since they didn't get that, they want the figthers, promoters, networks and anyone else who had anything to do with the fight to pay them 10 times what they paid to watch the fight.

No one put a gun to yours or anyone else's head and forced you to purchase this fight. No one promised you that you would see Rocky vs. Clubber Lang. If you know a damn thing about boxing, you know exactly what style Floyds uses to fight. If you or anyone else paid to see something different, then you and they are nothing more than suckers.
