I wonder if this will start a trend. Will someone sue the NBA if the two teams in the finals of the NBA championship don't put on an exciting series? Will someone sue the NFL if a future Superbowl is a blowout? Will someone sue the NCAA Football Championship Committee if next year's championship game is not exciting? Will someone sue CNN or Fox News because they don't find their coverage of the next presidential election to be exciting? Will someone sue a network because they think a television series is boring or sue a movie studio because a heavily hyped movie that they pay $15 to see turns out to be a bust?
I could go on an on, but I think I have made my point.
