I'd give Canelo a better shot at beating GGG than I did Manny at beating Floyd.

Before Canelo and GGG fought in the last 2 weeks, respectively, I had GGG as a 70-30 favorite in that fight. Maybe I'm living in the moment, but it's about as 50-50 as it gets to me now. Hopefully it happens sometime next year

Khan is worried mayweather will rematch canelo instead of fighting him in Sept.

Canelo's not ready for GGG. Monroe was only able to hit GGG because GGG was not afraid to leave himself open. He'd be more cautious with Canelo, or with any other good puncher for that matter.

Canelo has a chance but I would still favor GGG. Don't be fooled by Canelo's KO of Kirkland. Remember that Kirkland was KO'd by a cab driver and almost knocked out in the 1st round by a slow Angulo. It was only his intense training with Ann Wolfe that helped him survive that fight. Canelo beat the version of Kirkland that didn't have Wolfe in his corner.

Good, more and more people need to tell Oscar this so he'll make the fight sooner!

After the fight, Golovkin called for matches with Miguel Cotto and Saul "Canelo" Alvarez.

Canelo's promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, is open to the idea of making a fight with Golovkin but not until some point in the future. Canelo says he is not yet ready to move up to 160-pounds, but he's been fighting at 155-pounds for his last three ring appearances.

Canelo is better than a lot of people give him credit for.

He has already sparred with GGG more than once.

I will reserve judgement until I see Canelo in with a middleweight.

I think that fight is still realistically 1-2 years away.

Why? Canelo is a MW. He fights at 155. Anything about 154 is considered the next division up. So technically 155-160 is MW. He's just too scared to take the jump even though he can't make 154.

And thats not just a dig at Canelo. I'd like to see GGG go test himself at 168 too because he can't get the names at 160.
