Keep his name relevant for what? He made £9million for his last fight when he knocked out George Groves in front of 80 thousand people if you didn't know.

He's saying these things because people constantly ask him questions about his future. Being an international superstar, you get a lot of attention from the media who tend to....you know....ask questions.

funny thing is hearn said froch should retire, I think he's given up on making a fight with froch. Yet froch is still going on like he's going to continue. He doesnt have to fight degale but he's still arguably in his prime so why shouldnt he? its not like he's past his best, unless he's lost motivation or isnt the same in sparring etc.
