so GGG beats him, so what? he's not allowed to have a career?

I am watching all of his fights. Big power, big time vulnerabilities. Would love to him vs Quillin, Canelo, or Cotto.
ya hes very entertaining and people forget ggg defense is not great himself. no reason he cant catch ggg

That is certainly a quality fight at 160. Lemieux certainly has his limitations and Golovkin is the much superior boxer so Golovkin should be a nice favorite.

However Golovkin in close is vulnerable and Lemieux in close is a dangerous guy, it is just a matter if he can get there.

DO IT! What else does either have to fight at 160? Didn't Kovalev vs Pascal do well on PPV in Canada? Ok well GGG vs Lemieux seems like another good one for Canada. Make It Happen!

Lemieux should have a date with Rubio first, and clean that stain from his resume...

Have to massively favour GGG but LeMule is a threat to anyone with that power. GGG isn't hard to hit either and will be right in front of him and I have no doubt he is every bit as strong as GGG.
He has a punchers chance which is more I give to the rest of that sorry MW crop.

GGG defense is very underrated. He takes the steam off of pretty much every punch that gets in, subtle head movement, and something a lot of fighter or fans dont understand, he will strategically place himself in a place where you can hit him, but not with power, and give you the shot so that he can get in his harder shot. Chavez Sr. was the same way. People talk about his legendary chin and all that, but he was actually good defensively, in a subtle way that people dont get.

Golovkin would spark him out. Lemieux's chin is dodgy.

oh no question ggg is the favorite atleast -350 or so minimum but its a fight that needs to happen and unlike cotto canelo it actually makes sense. ggg talks about wanting to unify he has a title hes an entertaining fighter now it will be interesting to see if ggg puts his money where his mouth is. same with dela hoya

come to think of it, you never know. What if GGG lands a couple, hurts Lemieux, who then proceeds to land a haymaker and hits GGG right on the chin like some have done.

I wouldn't think any less of Lemiux for losing to GGG. He would still be considered for big fights.
