  • David Lemieux vs Golovkin = Most exciting matc-up at 160

If Lemieux beats Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam they need to make this fight happen. At 160 I think Lemieux with his devastating power is the one with the best chance to beat GGG.

This is a match-up that would produce some serious fireworks while it lasts. My only concern I don't know if Lemieux's chin would hold up so it could be a very short night but at the same time I would love to see how GGG handles Lemieux power and aggressive style.....Yes GGG can take a punch but he's only human, he's there to be hit and Lemieux will take the fight to GGG and he can put anyone out there to sleep.....

No matter what happens GGG vs Lemieux will be edge-of-your-seat stuff and could end up being a FOTY candidate.

i reckon golovkin would dispatch him fairly quickly. his superior skill set and chin should enable him to take the fight out of leieux's hands. andy lee might be more interesting, being a counter-puncher with concussive power. the quillin fight was a dud because they were both waiting for the other to lead the action; golovkin on the other hand always sets the pace and initiates exchanges, which leaves him open to counters at times.

It would be a great fight while it lasts. I would favor GGG because of his superior skillset but I would love to see how he reacts to shots from Lemieux.

In a perfect world, we could get GGG/Lemieux, then a fight against Lee and then a fight with the Canelo/Cotto winner some time next year.

Canelo vs Cotto, Canelo vs GGG and Cotto vs GGG are better but Lemieux-Golo is right behind them. It would be a fun fight

Nothing exciting about this one, Lemieux has no chin, soon as Golovkin touches him it's over.

I like that fight a lot. Rubio stopped Lemieux when he was raw so there is always that question about his chin(actually, he lost on his feet but visibly hurt). I think Lemieux will really test GGG if he can land some good shots. ODLH will not make Canelo vs GGG until he gambles with Lemieux first, thats just a good bussiness approach.

Hell yea this one would be a firefight! It's gonna happen before GGG/Canelo that's for sure.

Golovkin is much too skilled for Lemieux. Obviously he'll be looking at the winner of this fight as an opponent.

I am too. Might be shaky there for a while but he has the tools to beat him definitely.
