Boxing is DEAD!!! - True or False?

I love MMA but this myth was created by Dana White and UFC fan boys back when UFC was on the come up. Since then the UFC has leveled off and their numbers just aren't comparable to boxing and they are on BASIC cable not to mention they raped their fighters. High level MMA fighters barely make 6 figures if that while a guy like Paulie made aillion to fight Broner and a guy like Kirkland who I love to death got 1.3 for fighting Canelo and he's not some world class boxer but a ****ing warrior no less.

The same people will buy the next Floyd PPV for the above reason & it will do good numbers IMO just like his PPV's have always done.

Plenty of other fighters to focus on

Casual fans for the most part only know two attributes, speed and power. On that bases alone they thought Pacquiao could win. I don't even care that they wasted their money.

It's more popular than it was 10 years ago. The internet has helped it rise again. No need to watch fights from abroad at unreasonable times, no need to miss the fight if you have a night out. You can watch the fight anytime you like on the internet. No falling out of the loop because your national news doesn't report much on boxing because of the internet. Got nobody to talk boxing with? Find a site like this on the internet.
The internet saved boxing.
