I predicted this from the day the fight was announced. As soon as I heard that Kirkland weighed 215 pounds and would have to drop to 155, it was obvious to me that he would lose. I saw little reason to continue commenting on the fight and did not comment at all until it was over and done with. There simply was no point.

Before the fight came to fruition, he (Kirkland) was the boogie man that would f#ck Canelo up. Then the fight got made, and then grumbling that he was "inacrive" started surfacing. Then he decided to go with a different trainer and then people said "No Wolfe, he doesn't stand a chance."

Truth is Canelo has been trying to fight him for 2-years and would have beat his ass from pillar to post with or without Wolfe. He would have beaten Kirkland and Wolfes ass at the same time actually. That's why Kirkland ducked the fight until the money was too good to pass on.

I bet you can pull up 20 plus threads and replies from a time ago stating Kirkland is an animal and Canelo would either duck him or lose to him.

Canelo > Kirkland with Wolfe, without Wolfe. On steroids without steroids. Kirkland never stood a chance.

Canelo has and always had:
- better chin
- better power
- better technique
- better everyrhing

Kirkland couldn't even hurt Nelo and he was whaling on him. He's not on the level. Canelo ate that sh¡t like it was a light snack and man's handled him.
