Why doesn't Floyd bet on himself?

He loves to gamble, especially on sports. So I wonder why he doesn't place large bets on himself when he fights.

probably dont want to jinx himself, probably some legality to it, or many other reason why he wont.

Is he allowed to? Most sports don't allow players to bet on match-ups they're involved in. I'm guessing that would be the same for boxing.

If you can legally bet on yourself that's a slippery slope.

Yep. It would be pretty dumb to allow that.
