If Kovalev is such a bad @$$, why not try the Cruiserweight division?

There is no if about it. He is a bad ass. A 175 pound bad ass. He is not a ****** ass and he won't fight 25 pounds over his proper weight class just to make you happy. There are good cruiserweights that barely make the 200 pound limit and then rehydrate up to 220 pounds on fight night. Kovalev has never had a problem making 175 and then knocking his opponents out. He will likely terrorize the light heavyweights for years to come so you should try to get used to that.

stevenson is going to be a big pay day, there really isnt as much money at cruiser just yet. when the time is right and the money no longer exists at 175, then he will move up.

Why fight the cruisers, he should just give in and fight Stevenson.

Nope. Stevenson is the one who has to give in and fight Kov.

Agree, Scott, with a few exceptions the historic divisions always make the most money.

Yeah if we can get Kovalev, Stevenson and Beterbiev to move up to Cruiserweight, Ward won't have to fight at 172 anymore.

Why won't he fight Stevenson then? That is the biggest fight out there.
