You have Kirkland way underrated conveniently. You are really trying to sh&t on Canelo's great performance. Kirkland had only lost once and he had a good enough chin to get off the canvas and take lots of Angulo bombs and still win. Kirkland has the highest KO percentage of all the 154 pounders I know of. Canelo wanted to KO Cotto but Cotto backed out. If Cotto fights Canelo he will meet the same end as Kirkland and then you can try to turn his Cotto win into a poor win too. Of course I don't know Canelo will beat Cotto but I am sure he will. Cotto can't take that combination of speed, power and accuracy.

Anyhow, personally I don't read too much into Canelo's win, it's just another good win at JMW to add to a growing resume.
