Of all people to say such a thing. Especially since Hopkins is the one who pulled that stunt in the Dawson match where he faked an injury in order to get out of a fight he was on his way to losing.

I guess Hopkins is experiencing memory loss due to his old age, because what he pulled was much worse. From what I recall he really screwed the fans because his stinker of a fight with Dawson was on pay-per-view. The fans paid up and he pussied out due to a fake injury. At least Manny had a real substantiated injury and had serious surgery after the fight. Bernard, barely got tossed on his side and he cried and cried until they called off the bout due to injury. He was losing the fight up until that point and he thought he could get a DQ for Dawson or the very least a no-contest. Anything to get him out of the fight everyone thought he was losing, even himself.

And he has the nerve to say such things about Pacquiao. At least Manny did not quit during the fight and claim injury in order to get Floyd dq'd or get a no-contest. The nerve of Hopkins, who is probably the biggest baby in boxing. If everyone will recall the **** he pulled in the Jones rematch, even when it was not necessary bcuz at that point in Jones career he was no real threat. But what did he do, cried foul and cried injury over and over trying to get Jones dq'd or have points deducted. How many other times has Hopkins pulled some sort of injury bull**** during a fight? Too many times to count.

Its just unbelievable the double standard this guy has. Its unbelievable the selective memory he has and it is truly downright hypocritical for him to be saying such things about Manny Pacquiao.

I think all these excuses are just to make another rematch to be honest. It's pretty genius, Floyd's now pissed and wants to beat his ass again so he'll likely give a rematch. After the huge PPV buys, there has to be a rematch. So right now I can't take anything away from neither fighters.

I would like to add Hopkins never admitted he lost to Taylor twice. He cried and cried about the judges and how they screwed him. He never gave Taylor the proper credit for beating him twice. Instead he rolled out conspiracy theories about how he was being chased out of boxing and his loses to Taylor were proof of his conspiracy theories. He fought only the last 4rds in the first Taylor match and thought he deserved the win. He basically did the same thing in the rematch.

To this day he refuses to give Calzaghe credit for beating him. He refuses to be a man and admit he lost to Calzaghe yet he wants Manny to do what he has refused to do many times.

So lets see, Hopkins refuses to admit he lost to Taylor, he refuses to give Taylor the credit he deserves for beating him. Hopkins refuses to admit he lost to Calzaghe and he refuses to give Calzaghe credit for the win.

And for those who say he did the manly thing in admitting his loss to the Crusher. The only reason he admitted he lost because it was so obvious. The Crusher beat him so easily and handily he had to admit it. The Crusher never hit him low, never gave him a chance to pull his usual stunts. One thing is sure, if Hopkins had the slightest opportunity like in the 1st Dawson fight he would of taken it and found a way to get out of the fight during the fight, but he was never given the chance. So the only reason Hopkins admits he lost to the Crusher is because he got his ass whipped every single round beyond doubt, even beyond his own ability to lie to himself.

So he took one completely lopsided ass whooping like an "OG" and now he has the right to be a walking contradiction?
