News flash Bernard he informed USADA who the NSAC allowed to do its testing protocol at Floyd's request... Why would the NSAC not know if USADA knew and the NSAC allows USADA to do their testing for Floyd fight. The NSAC knew of the medications he received on that same form... They didn't bother to ask why he needed those meds... I didn't hear an excuse after the Marquez KO and I didn't hear Manny say I lost because of my shoulder... Matter of fact I heard the guy consistantly say he won the fight... People of full of it. Manny hasn't said I thought I won the fight but I lost because of my shoulder... $100 to anybody's paypal account that can find a quote of Pacquiao saying, I thought I lost and it was because of my shoulder... That would be an excuse...

NSAC doesn't let USADA do their testing, USADA testing is done voluntarily by the fighters and is completely separate from NSAC.

Oh and they did ask....... on the form.

Bhop is right. At the end of the day they had a chance to check the box or postpone the fight. And they chose not to. They should've stood by that decision. Not cry about it when the fight's done and the result didn't come in your favor. True or not, none of that is Floyd's fault. And its ashame that they're taking away the credit floyd worked hard for.

I really thought that after this fight, the fan base of the loser would be in for a humbling situation. That if pac won, then the mayweather fans would now give him credit that he is smarter than they thought he was, he's not one dimensional and they're all right along that Floyd is scared of him. And that if floyd won, pac fans would give credit and will now appreciate his greatness and style.

None of that happened.

Pac fans wouldn't accept defeat until pac gets KOed. and even then, they'd still say its a lucky punch. ask marquez.
