Sorry and RIP Gatti and I mean absolutely no disrespect by posted this but...Fighters SHOULD TAKE PRIDE in not being on that Gatti List. I remember Andre Ward telling Lampley to his face "I Don't Want To Be On That List Jim!"

So the Anti Gatti List means you're one of the best P4P Fighters in the Sport when you make that list

"miguel vazquez... makes you wonder if the mexican birth certificate is a counterfeit." LMFAO

but um seriously, vazquez is a diss to everyone on that list, well perhaps not to lara, but he has no skills whatsoever. sloppy as hell, no technique, a pure runner and spoiler. he's down there with pedo molina who shockingly didn't make the list.

You're the one ****ting on HBO/Lampley for calling out good fighters who decide to just sc**** by to win fights, and then saying "herpderp dey 2 dum to apreciate skill."

It'd be so much easier to read some of these threads if you guys just admitted that you just want to see your dude win, even if it means getting an ugly/boring W.

It's as if holding some of the better fighters to high standards because we're parting with our time/money to watch them fight is taboo for you guys.

So do I, but when guys like Lara or Rigo are there showing great skill and are happy to just get the W by trying to jab their way to a win, I don't care for that ****. Especially for guys like him who could just accumulate enough damage on the other guy to get them out of there by later rounds.

Says the guy that thought Gatti-Ward was a crappy fight. Corrales-Castillo must have been torture for you to watch and lulled you straight to sleep.

                  Vazquez-JMM.

                  ----------

Thing is, I thought Bradley-JMM was a good fight with decent action, two guys with skill and considered P4P top 10 at the time. So to say that people don't appreciate skill is ******, an equal over simplification.

This is a case of misplaced anger. You are a boxing fan that would surely agree with the statement styles make fights, right? Well how can that happen if one guy doesn't employ the opposite style?

There have always been boxers like Floyd and rigo. Guys that faced them didn't quit punching. They knew how to cut off the ring and get to a boxer with movement.

There is a reason Chavez Sr. was so vocal and critical of Manny-because he was a man that kept fighting Taylor and Sweet Pea rather than just decide to lose without taking much damage. Donaire got beat up because he didn't take the easy way out that Canelo and Manny did.

Why would you celebrate fighters that betrayed the essence of the sport when matched against a highly skilled opponent? DOn't you want to see them raise their level and earn a win?
