The problem with this moronic article and its accusation is that USADA approved Manny's use of this drug!

And people peddling this article wonder why they have to peddle it (like they are doing here), because no legit site is willing to put it up on their site.
    very well said...

going back to max and the author and to some comments here even accusing hbo of this and that etc etc...the following is my ten cents...

on the posted interview, max gave his views on the "shoulder gate" and enumerated the reasons why pac's team went on to do the fight....

the author hit max views in an off-tangent way as the author did not directly addressed the reasons max enumerated...

i do not intend to dwell on the specifics, just that we have two gentlemen with differing opinions...

there are posters here very quick to the draw pulling hbo to the mud...

this was a fight that did not bring any real benefit to boxing except the $$$..

This is always one of the worst writers on this site. And this is coming from a guy who called Pacquiao out on *****ing out.

The fact that people will cosign Manny's "excuses" because they don't want to be wrong or that he is their favorite fighter is pathetic. My mother taught me not make excuses, stand up, be strong and hold your head up high through whatever you go through or endure in life. Manny is a product of hype and was built up in the media as the man to beat Mayweather but he never stood a chance. That deception alone should have been enough to piss people off who bet or believed in him.

Calm down............I'm not peddling anything. There are several other drugs besides toradol that are supposed to have no 'pep' or 'opiod' effects that do. We see it in substance abuse all the time.

I never said Manny used for that..........but let' say he had only for that injury and because of it's use, he felt was turned into an 'indestrutible force' for 40 minutes....would that have been fair?

It is on his list of meds and maybe if his doctor had used something that didn't completely masque the pain, they could have cancelled in enough time. But if you cover an injury with meds and then can't use those meds to compete, you're in for a rough night.

It wasn't fair to Manny, Floyd or anyone who paid anything for this fight.

If you jump to that conclusion, you're obviously a little too sensitive about the PED thing...........

But I also remember McGuire's chase for '62' and nobody talking about steroids and even after admissions, nobody wanted to believe it was as bad as it was.........this will eventually happen with some of these NSAID's as well as anti-seizure medications that pain-killer addicts use........see it daily.

          NOW........

I had no rooting interest going in. I wish Floyd were more like Hearns, Duran and Hagler. But he's not, he's much more like Pernell Whitaker. He doesn't seek knockouts........just to outbox you. But when forced, is capable of pop.

He wasn't forced. And whatever the reason, too late to cry about it now. And it's the fault of 'TEAM PACQUIAO' that we didn't get a better fight. If their fighter had come in ready..........well, we'd be listening to some other excuse likely........

But to clear this up..........I ASKED to stop talking about these two. They are done. There will be no rematch.

Anyone who thinks Floyd was 'scared' or a 'coward' is idioitic.

Anyone who thinks Manny was not a threat, same sentiments despite the outcome.

I'd much rather talk about the emerging best fighters of this next set........including Andre Ward, GGG, Canelo, Kovalev, etc.

But when idiosy is reapeatedly crammed onto every thread.............smh....you can't help but show all sides and if you can't handle it?

The point is you want people to read this. You did not put this up in order to discuss the drug Toradol, its uses, legit and illegit. Or to discuss Toradols or drugs like it effects on sports and athletes. Nor did u put this article up in order to discuss the pharmaceutical properties of Toradol.

Even if the reason for u displaying the article is true you are still doing what the author of the article's intention was. And that is trying to get people to believe Manny wanted to cheat.

Manny's name is plastered all over the article. Hell, his name is in the title of the article. So if you or the author just wanted to discuss the aspects of using Toradol, legit or illegit then Manny's name would not of been associated with this article at all, especially in its title.

            Kellerman got it right

Max got it right and Manny's career is all you need to look at for proof. He has, his entire career stepped up to fight bigger men. He's never ducked anybody and he's never made excuses. he's never insisted on favorable catch weights, he's never waited for somebody to get old, he's never waited until somebody was beat up,he's never insisted on moronic over the top testing and he's never insisted on specific apparel. In short he's never been Floyd. He's manned up his entire career. While Floyd hid in the corners like a rat waiting to steal something Manny has stood up and fought. If Floyd wants to see what a real fighter looks like he should watch the Canelo fight. All time greats take guys out! it makes it clear who is dominant. Not sissy punching and dancing and hugging in yet another snooze fest to rob the public of the price of admission yet again. All time greats take care of business, all time " aint's " dance and hug and hide for a decision from the opening bell. TBE???? I don't think so......

To me all Pacquiao did was/is use excuses to justify being totally outclassed and over matched courtesy of Bob Arum. Pacquiao did not say anything about the injury post fight because it wasn't an excuse. Arum came up with something to save Pacquiao's image. No matter what, I think now no one believes Manny is a match for Mayweather.

Sorry but Manny ducked Mosley after the Margarito fight ( well Roach did it for him). All the top guys at LW and the best at WW. Aside from Cotto, Manny did not do much at WW considering Marquez who is technically a 140 lb fighter gave him all he could handle im the 3rd fight at 147 and then knocked him out cold it the 4th fight.

And people are not mad that Manny has tried to taint Mayweather's win but the fact how fake he is and how much of a sucker he showed us he could be. His ego is highly inflated and what Floyd did to him was something he could not bare but facts are it still happened and no one is giving him a pass except apologists. Manny is #48 by getting outclassed and the injury excuse doesn't change this.
That's what you want to believe. Truth hurts bud Pac had a shoulder injury and your boy Floyd had the lowest punch output in his entire career and the most running he did in his entire career too plus the hugging lol

                  Pathetic really.

Learn the meaning of outclassed bud. Manny with one arm, had all the high light reels of the night..

And last time I checked Pac turned Floyd into punching bag in the 4th. Yup, outclassed.. Right lol
