WBC/WBO/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a religious basketball fan, so it's not unusual to find him courtside on a regular basis. He was courtside on Sunday night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, watching the NBA playoff game between the Clippers and Houston Rockets. Mayweather caught the eye of many in the arena, because he was sporting TMT gear with the Filipino flag.

Mayweather, who owns the TMT clothing brand, wore a similar shirt during his pre-fight build to the May 2nd mega-fight with Filipino icon Manny Pacquiao. At the time he rejected any suggestion that he created the Filipino flag design to cause a stir with Pacquiao and his team.

I currently live in the Philippines. In the higher end areas, you can spot some people wearing TMT gear, mostly foreigners and the Filipino Americans, but some (very very very few) locals were rooting for Mayweather with me.

TMT is a brand and Mayweather is just marketing it.
