I don't think that Lara would need any tune ups in order to fight Golovkin.
... But he is a Haymon fighter, therefore Lara can only call out PBC fighters, to date... No need to further speculate.

Not saying he needs a tune up, I'm saying he needs to prove he belongs at middleweight before getting a middleweight title fight. Let him fight Jacobs or Quillin first, they are both Haymon fighters.

A harder fight? No, not at all. He may last longer because GGG will have to catch him while Canelo will stand and fight, but that's about all. Lara would be no challenge for Golovkin at all.

Both will try and box GGG so I would say a more difficult fight because Lara is a better boxer/mover/counter puncher with more skills than Canelo.

I agrre but Canelo is still a developing fighter who could be much better when he fights GGG.
