Maybe arrogant Roach should humble himself, dudes so full of himself man, all his fighters are taking L's wiht horrible gameplans and approaches. All he does is talk crap and making horrible KO predictions and over looks their opponents, while getting away with it by playing up his parkinsons. You would think he would be more humble.

Another thing is he should learn when to hang it up, and not be selfish if he really cared about the fighters he trains he should let them go if his health is holding him back, during the Pac camp he wasn't doing mitts with him, he did mitts only a few times and he had a back problem for the first half, he doesn't do the mitts anymore with Ruslan. He already had a great run in boxing but he needs to realize if he isn't 100 percent his fighters will also suffer and no they are losing bad, with Pacquiao's loss being the most embarrassing of them all, no gameplan at all.

He should just retire he is already the richest trainer in boxing worth over 15 million dollars already. and add to that the 10-15 million he is supposedly getting from Pacquiaos 180 million dollar check.

Zou Shiming lost in his first title bid, Ruslan lost, Pacquiao lost, Frankie Gomez came in way over weight, Glen Tapia took a hard L tonight, is Miguel Cotto next will Geale box circles around him? I have a feeling its possible.

Especially how dude loves to bump his gums.

He didn't make them with Khan either. He also gets way too much credit for Cotto too. He's overrated and there is no way to dispute that.

Of course there's ways to dispute that.

If Cotto dominates Geale, which I expect him to do, Roach deserves a ton of credit for that.

Please. If Cotto beats Geale it's because he was better. He was a good fighter long before he trained with Roach. Roach is not the one getting in the ring.

Benavidez hasn't trained with Roach since he was 17, his father Jose sr trains him out of Arizona.

He trains his fighters to have a debilitating offense that is both well rounded and able to set traps. The norm is that the guys he trains usually use a high work rate to beat the opponent down. He is an arrogant @sshole who at least doesn't admit his wrong doing to the media. For his sake at least with Khan, it was Khan who initially blamed the TKO on Roach. If you don't have power or some sort or strength in your offense then Roach would be a bad trainer for you. He doesn't train guys to fight technical in order to steal and survive a fight. But with guys like Manny, Cotto, and Khan they both have their own blend of elite offense and power. Someone like Canelo or Thurman would do wonders with Roach. Even Broner with always fighting a toe to toe fight in the pocket now'a days would probably be awesome with a high offensive work rate technician like Roach.

Show me who you hang out with and I'll show you who you are. All of his forefront boxers are projects.

                    Provodnikov :massive project
                    Zing Xing Ching:massive project
                    Tapiaroject
Pacquiao:raw talent, been pretty much a work in progress his entire career.
Cotto:faded HOF. But came pretty much fully equipped.

Yeah he's losing alot right now because he's taking risks on guys who are not established in the sport outside of Pac n Cotto.

But, TBH I don't care much for him. He should retire for his health sake and I think he's a washed up trainer, personally.

Cotto just needs to win and Roach will still win all the trainer of the year trophies...
