You got to feel for Burns. He needed this win so bad and it would have revived his career to where he could make good money back home or land big fights with Broner, Crawford or Matthysse.

I hate when raw deals cripple a fighters livelihood.

The first fight was great. Mcdonnell showed the heart of a champion after getting dropped for the first time in his career. Well deserved win.

Virgil Hunter did a great job commentating the fights tonight. I hope they keep him on board.

My boy Figueroa won a hard fought clinch fest, even without the points deduction.

What happened in the Burns fight? I missed it. Can't believe McDonnell actually got the decision. Have to say that Haymon's cards have had quite fair judging thus far.

Took 2 points from Burns for holding, virtually giving him no chance to win the fight. Constantly pushed Burns' arm down while they were on the inside. While never doing the same to Fig.

Cole took a damn good fight, and ruined it.
