Thats Maidana we're talking about too, Floyd made it a boring clinchesfest, and when he wasn't clinching he was running. He even picked the ref, who's fault is that.

Did he or did he not contributed to making the fight boring?

If that's the way Mayweather fights, boring, then he gets the blame as well

Don't get why you guys are trying your best to twist this, its simple.

FLoyd Also contributed to making the fight boring.

    It's simple as it gets.
Nothing you just typed addresses the point of his post.

Dana White said 6 or 7 Million after the fight and I thought he was crazy. Go figure.

No one is forcing you to watch his fights.

Pacquiao on the other hand, was expected to do more because he and his camp said they would. They said Pac was in the best shape of his life (obviously a lie considering he was injured and required surgery), that he was going to KO Mayweather. That being said, anyone who seriously expected that was ******. There was no way that the fight was going to turn out as anything but what it turned out as. Pac can't live up to the hype he and his camp created. He hasn't been that exciting KO puncher in years. And certainly not against someone who is larger, faster, and more technically skilled.

But that's Pac's fault for promoting those unreasonable expectations, and his fans' fault for actually buying into them. Shame on them for being so gullible and not doing their research before dropping money on the fight.
Floyd and his team also set those expectations himself. I could go on past articles on the same "unreasonable" expectations.
The same thing was said about FLoyd, Expectations were High, He and his trainer also has similar statements, even his manager.

"Floyd is going to KO Pacquiao"

"I dont think it's going to go all 12"

"Best shape of his life, going to put a beating"

        .......and on.

        .

Every bought that Pac was coming in to do serious damage. Floyd did what he always do and Manny didn't make him extend himself from his comfort zone.

Most were rooting for Pac and it was such a lopsided fight they found it boring

I bought this fight because I appreciate the mastery of a defensive fighter like Floyd.

                  Pacquiao attack level 7
                  Floyd defense level 10

                  Floyd wins +3

                  The Math is simple.

I will also buy the rematch just to watch Floyd outsmart Pacquiao

That does it a DISservice my man. Without the casuals, Floyd and Pac would NOT have gotten this many ppv buys in any of their fights let alone this one.

Takes 2 to tango kid. Both are to blame. Pac was a loser for not disclosing this supposed injury and Floyd should be held accountable for lying when he said he was going to come out and attack early and impose his will.

All in all the fight didnt live up to the hype as a lot of people were hoping that Floyd wouldve fought Pac like he did Maidana the 1st time. Many people were dissapointed even if some of those were fans of the winner. Some of my boys wanted Pac, some Mayweather. there was a sour taste in many a mouth that night when all was said and Dunn....lol

Too much food and alcohol to care... Plus neither fighter means much to me. Sure I was rooting for #48, but I knew Floyd has an amazing skill set. Disappointed? Sure, but it was an overall good evening. Sadly I doubt another fight would generate this much hype for sometime. It ****** for the casuals but it was just another day at the office for us hardcore fans
