doubt it, tbh. Counting the live gate, the international rights, whatever other side income, and the PPV (1m-1.2m PPV buys is likely the estimable range), you're likely looking at both camps (Mayweather Promotions and Miguel Cotto Promotions/RNS) splitting $60m-$70m once everything is hypothetically counted.

Half your number and you may be on something

      3. Cotto doesn't have anything signed with HBO, his contract is with RocNation. Canelo has a contract with HBO, Kovalev has a contract with HBO, Cotto again does not.
note: Floyd Mayweather really didn't work WITH Top Rank on anything.

Mayweather Promotions was the promoter of record, dictated the split of the money, dictated the site of the fight, dictated the staging of the event, dictated the process for opening up the bid-on portions of the event, coordinated all of the press availabilities, and dictated all of the press credentials.

You look throughout the entire event promotion and, outside of bring Pacquiao to the table and likely working out the Filipino TV rights deal, there's not a single part of the whole event where you could argue "that decision was made, because Top Rank wanted that to happen".

Floyd didn’t believe in PPV Mega fights for opponents he said were “easy.” Floyd never liked chasing the Green belt either! Floyd never knew about Lineal as well nor the idea of a 6 division championship. But his diehards would say “but but why would Floyd need to go up…”.

years later looks good at 155 and ripped doe
