Bottom line is Pacquiao isn't the first guy to go into a fight injured. We all know that. Or should know that. Logic will eventually prevail in this whole situation I hope. Due to the importance of this fight & popular opinion (ie wrong opinion) that may not be the case.

Also has anyone looked into if Mayweather checked the yes box on his document & explained his hand injuries? Mayweather is on record as saying his hands were injured going into this fight AFTER the fight. I hadn't heard that previously. Or is it okay that he went into the fight injured since he won & if he had lost he'd be the one getting effed with by the NSAC & sued by random money grabbers right now?
It's ok when you don't lie about protocol then slander the NSAC and claim sabotage like a dummy.

If everyone fights injured...How is this viewed as perpetrating a fraud???

I've never heard of any fighter's injury leading into a fight. Other than cuts to the eye or something of that nature. If anything fighters & camps always reveal injuries & problems afterward.

Remember tyson to jim grey..."I broke my back"

Even Floyd for Castillo says he went in w/ a torn rotator cuff. & According to him he had shoulder injuries...was that disclosed? I don't get it.

I'm very confused by the backlash.

No athlete wants to hold up such a heavily anticipated contest 3 weeks out & disappoint the public.

I don't like to hear about injuries in any case. My thing is if you're out there...you're healthy.

But the bottom line for me is the poor showmanship & lack of drama falls squarely on Floyd. This isn't olympic boxing. & think about it. Floyd got on his bike against a guy who stands 5'5" tall & who he knew was injured.

smh...who could make this up?? If the fight was so easy. Why not punish pac...why not throw shots w/ bad intent...why not close the show strong???

400 punches in a 12 rd championship fight???? gtfohwtbs!

Why not give the people a nigh to remember. Why not a classic showdown...

To me that was the fraud... The entire performance itself...not no injury disclosure. Did them guys even sweat? Did they have to take a shower...

I thought the entire thing was a disgrace. I enjoyed the tactical aspect of the contest. But not the approach they took in getting the job done.

I see why most of u azzholes are probably in debt beyond measure & get separated from your money so easily. You have no sense of value...no pride.

Floyd won but there was no honor or glory to be had in that victory. The purse was set when it was signed. They were going to be paid handsomely regardless. How you win does matter in a high stakes showdown. If you can't see that...then I don''t know what to tell you. U should probably go on ahead & end ur life. Bc u won't be worth a damn..

Lucky it wasnt Ali 133, or Wlad 96 times....13 times tore it, if he would have pulled their numbers, Pacquiaos arm would have been left in the center of the ring

That's why Floyd isn't an ATG. An ATG would've ripped that thing off by round 2.

Idk what article you read... but that's not what I saw. They said his health would not be at risk if he went into the fight without anti-inflammatories, this means he wouldn't be likely to make things worse if he fought without them (and NSAC has said before that they were worried taking them could pose a risk to further injury). They did NOT say that this injury would not hamper his performance. You are really reading into the article for things that match up your preconceptions.

              Yoooo I remember that! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GP_0BhCw2rg

Everyone acting like a trainer and fighter would go into a fight of this magnitude like "We ain't got no shot. But still support us and watch tho". That's ridiculous.

the injury didn't hamper his perfomance because he used the right for twelve rounds.

While Arum claimed that the NSAC was aware of the injury, they denied that information and claim to have been informed about 90 minutes before the fight was scheduled to take place.

Damn even HBO is jumping ship. LOL!
Pac should just send out a press release announcing his retirement and cut his losses.

He and his team have created one big fiasco with this whole situation and he will never recover from it. If he had a serious injury and chose to fight anyway, he should have simply kept his mouth shut afterwards.

Instead, he claimed the injury was the reason he lost; blamed the NSAC for not giving him a fair chance to win the fight by not allowing him to get a shot for an injury he denied having prior to the fight; and claimed that Mayweather knew about the injury that Pacquaio denied having prior to the fight and tried to aggravate it.

He is being sued by fans for his behavior and is facing a fine or suspension from the NSAC as well as a possible criminal charge for perjury from the Nevada State Attorney General.

He should just hang it up and enjoy that $100 million he just earned.
