excuses. i laugh at it. like i'm laughing at pac's pr damage control.

wtf do i care if floyd hides an injury?

i don't criticize him for everything.

i don't like the guy but i don't argue about every little thing about him.

i ain't like some of you guys.

my interest in this is did pac have an injury? how bad? why wasn't the anti-inflammatories allowed?

    take floyd/pac drama somewhere else.

the injury (IF HE HAD ONE) must've been minor. so i don't take anything away from floyd's win.

supposedly pac can be out 9-12 months.

      they'll suspend him 6 months.

unless pac fights big names. he'll fight in macau (RIOS, ALGIERI)

macau pays arum a crapload and macau fights are a lot less dependent on ppv sales.

Boxing suspensions are pointless. Fighters only fight twice per year.

The most punishable thing they could do is fine him, and have read thats like only $5000.

Boxing does not have single governing body so suspensions are pretty pointless, he will just fight elsewhere plus the fact he just going to be injured for most of any suspension.

Nothings going to happen anyway. The NSAC are negligent as Mannys team for not following up on the meds Manny was listed as taking.

Slap on the wrist. The public embarrassment is Manny's real punishment. Well deserved too.

nothing will happen to NSAC investigations, just like nothing happened to that marijuana and other drugs on Floyd's all access episode and the spar to death on Floyd's gym.

wonder why there's not even a slap on the wrist on that issue?

I'm going the other way. The surgery allows them to impose a 6-9 month suspension and look tough. There also has to be some kind of monetary fine given the consumer/media backlash-say a $1 mil for Arum/TR and 500k for Manny.

Added to it, the commission caught a lot of flack for being lenient on Floyd with his issues.

Wow there is so much misinfo & half right stories in this thread idek where one would start on correcting things at.

Bottom line is Pacquiao isn't the first guy to go into a fight injured. We all know that. Or should know that. Logic will eventually prevail in this whole situation I hope. Due to the importance of this fight & popular opinion (ie wrong opinion) that may not be the case.

Also has anyone looked into if Mayweather checked the yes box on his document & explained his hand injuries? Mayweather is on record as saying his hands were injured going into this fight AFTER the fight. I hadn't heard that previously. Or is it okay that he went into the fight injured since he won & if he had lost he'd be the one getting effed with by the NSAC & sued by random money grabbers right now?
