This is boxing, unless you knock the opponent out, it goes to the judges (who are only human... or worse, hehe). Then, many times, there's only one fight which brings into play how great one fighter feels in that particular fight (look at Floyd-Maidana I).

Debate is welcome, what the heck, it's just that apparently people just can't keep it civilized.

Roach is sounding like a complete idiot. Cant stand fighters that make excuses after the event. If you're injured, don't fight. I'm sure the injury did affect him, but its on them to postpone the fight. Its complete madness going into a fight of this magnitude knowing you wont be able to perform and by doing that you let the fans down, everyone that paid for the fight and you also let your opponent down. It's cynical and unprofessional.
