Funny how you talk about being fair, yet it's totaly fair for everyone To disgrace Floyd's win becauss his opponent couldn't handle some injuries that Floyd himself has to deal with. Floyd is not responsible for others training and preparation. All Floyd did was show up the best he can and work with no excuses. Why can't that be respected?

If anyone was to deserve a rematch considering the injury and how important a win for either would be it would be Pacquiao. Arum said over and over right before Saturday that he is exhausted and happy the fight is finally over and done with. He said there is no way there would be a rematch because of how hard he had to work and stress trying to get this into motion and complete. He even went on to say that a rematch between Mayweather for this year would be the worst thing he could imagine because of all the rigamoral and work he'd have to put in. Sure Manny is still arguably the best opponent to beat Floyd for this coming September and next year but in a way they blew it and didn't step up and immediately say they had the injury. If everything proves to be true about Manny's shoulder then perhaps he does deserve a rematch but I think he needs to look somewhere else for a fight or two before it should happen. I say Danny Garcia, Crawford, or Mathysse would be ideal. He needs to face a elite guy that is still going strong and has a resume to prove it. I think Floyd will be out of the sport like he says after September and probably will be back to reinvent himself somewhere down the line as he makes a career comebackComment

I think disgrace is a powerful word and I get why PAC decided to go through with the fight if he was injured but you do not tell the world that you are better than ever and show no signs of the injury in training and then pull the injury card out. If PAC was that hurt then during the fight he would have cringed out in pain and dropped his arm and barely been able to lift his arm. He went 12 rounds! That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about how everytime an injury is brought up after a fight, that means somebody is making excuses. Pacquiao tried to give people the fight they want and just because he mentioned an injury, he's a "disgrace to boxing"? That's not a fair way to look at it.Comment

This is going to be another black eye for boxing. This is an obvious ploy to goad a rematch so they can capitalize off of the commercial success of the first match. Terrible. Of course Floyd would fight him again he walked away with a $100m check that night!
If you wanna see how a fighter behaves with a torn rotator cuff see Floyd Castillo 1 or Klitschko Byrd 1.
You're going to tell me you tore your rotator cuff in a fight and you: didn't wince in pain once? You didn't mention it in your corner between rounds or immediately after the fight?!? You had your two best offensive rounds AFTER the tear? You raised your hands in the air after fight because you thought you won and gave fans high fives on your way out?!? Man vitali (the toughest heavy weight of this era) must be a real b1tch huh?!Comment

His shoulder hurt so bad that he was able to throw combos when Floyd was against the ropes, he was able to raise both arms flexing them at the weigh ins and twisting them backwards to point at the back of his shirt and even raise his hands at the end of the fight....they are full of it.Comment

some of you Pac fans are ridiculous. I get it, outside of the ring Floyd is a jerk but what did he do that was wrong this time? Nothing. It's not Floyd's or anyone else's responsibility to worry about Manny's injuries. Manny has been fighting for how many years as a pro? He and his team should have done the right thing and they didn't. And it is disrespectful to just come out the same night and say he lost because of an injury. It's disrespectful because all athletes fight or play hurt throughout their careers. Who loses a fight and immediately says i lost because i was hurt and thats it? You're just stripping credit from everybody and making it all about yourself. Casual fans got screwed over by Manny and you guys wanna defend him?wow so many floyd stans became MD's over night !!!!! just like they became experts on ped science when floyd sr started spewing accusations left and right !!!!!! just because manny is tough enough to not cry and scream like a punk when he encounters pain doesnt mean he doesnt in fact feel pain !!!!!!!! when mayfeather allegedly got bit by maidana he cryed like a girl !!!!! but manny on the other hand fighted noble even though he was in severe pain , he did thatr for the fans !!!!!!! unlike mayfeather who selfishly fights for no one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Comment
