I really hope this injury is bull**** and it gets exposed and forgotten about, I don't want any of this Pac vs Floyd bull**** any longer it's been settled as far as I'm concerned, Pac has made about 5 different excuses for losing already. I like both of them as boxers but I was looking forward to them finishing off their careers and retiring as the best and second best of their generation respectively. It's got to a point where you can tell neither guys heart is fully in boxing anymore, both are ATG's and have nothing left to prove. It's time for the fresh blood to battle it out amongst themselves now.

Plenty of fighters fight with an injury that is unreported or reoccurring without getting sued.

I doubt their case will hold up in court. Even if Pacquaio made it aware to NASC, nothing states he has to let the public know, or am I wrong?

Arum hates Floyd so bad that he compromised his own judgment as a lawyer.

LMAO what a bunch of ******s. That's what you get for ******** in the first place. You voluntarily bet your money with risks seen or unseen. The casino always wins *****es.

I honestly don't see a case here, there's no contractual obligation for ******** LOL

Not to mention the fact that there is absolutely no way for them to prove that Manny will win if he fought at 100%. Idiots will be idiots.

And are they seriously asking for $5m? LMAO! How much did these guys even bet? A hundred dollars? A grand? Ten grand? And the damages they are asking is $5M? Laughable is an understatement.

Its not like Manny fought with one arm all night. The first half of the fight was competitive, it wasn't all that different from many of Floyd's fight. If you bought tickets thinking you would be seeing something different that's on you IMO.
It will go somewhere, but as far as it goes....i think they could recover losses with some proof.

Somehow I don't think Pacquiao needs to lose any sleep over this lawsuit.

Who didn't see this coming? This fight has done so much damage for boxing. Mayweather and Pacquaio got big paychecks but the dragged boxing through the mud in the process. Both are to blame. Mayweather's boring style rubbed many casual fans the wrong way. Pac get's injured and doesn't tell anybody because he doesn't want to ruin his big payday and shows up just for the check. Now he will likely get sued and fined/suspended by the commission. And fans worldwide feel ripped off of their money and those same fans likely want nothing to do with boxing. Such a wasted opportunity to get fans back into boxing. Instead they are bashing boxing saying you see this is why I don't care about that sport. SMH

Lawsuit will probably go nowhere but it's so hilarious to see.
                      excuses backfired here.
