I don't think this goes anywhere. This would set a really bad precedent. Athletes hide injuries all the time. To think that a bunch of degenerate gamblers could sue them for damages is not something the courts want to deal with.
Its not like Manny fought with one arm all night. The first half of the fight was competitive, it wasn't all that different from many of Floyd's fight. If you bought tickets thinking you would be seeing something different that's on you IMO.
