As is now does anyone believe Top Rank/HBO will agree to a 80/20 split with proably no PPV upside in order to make this rematch? No one besides some salty Manny fans care to see it again.

I love both fighters, but man, the Floyd fans are acting like Pac was completely demolished on Saturday. Please. It was a boring UD for Mayweather with neither fighter willing to risk taking damage. Pac wins two more rounds last Sat and the fight is a draw. Let's not act like either fighter took any real damage on Saturday.
What does either camp have to risk from a rematch? It will sell bc of the 'revenge' angle. And IF Pac happened to win a close decision (totally possible), then you have the perfect set up for a career-ending trilogy.
It's the fitting end for both careers, and it would be HUGE.

Pacquiao doesn't have a jab, can't fight inside, can't cut the ring off and can't make adjustments. In Fact I think he would look WORSE in a rematch.

It was out of character for Pac to say he won, when he lost to Bradley in a fight he clearly won, he said I have to accept it, i tried my best it wasn't good enough. But in this fight it was out of character for him to say that, its like they were trying for the rematch angle to begin with.

A part of me wants to believe that the only reason Pac said that at the time was to set up a big subsequent payday but another part of me thinks he was just really upset about losing such a big fight. His body language, to me, looked defeated. Fortunately Pac seems to have come around since then. I really, REALLY hope he doesn't backpeddle push the "I thought I won" bit if they are to build up to a rematch. I would be genuinely disappointed in him. He must know that he lost and that that is what virtually everyone saw.
