Of course Koncz gonna take the blame, that's part of his job.. & the fact that Koncz's name also appeard on the sheet doesn't prove anything cause his(Koncz) signature in where someone from the fighters team is also suppose to sign. Each sheet has 2 signatures, the fighter's & a team member(seconds)..& if they were so concerned about the shoulder injury they WOULD HAVE NOT let something like this slip threw..Pacquiao knew very well what he was filling out. It's not the first time he fills out one these forms(or this one in particular)..Those excuses are starting to look worse every time..He should just accept he lost fair & sqare like a man & move on..Arum is also pushing this issue cause he has plans for Pac to fight again & wants to somehow justify this loss so that Pac's next fight doesn't do as bad at the gates or on PPV

Had Manny just accepted defeat, he would've remained a "champion" of the sport. Now that he's come up with his excuses, this is what he has done to the sport:

MAYWEATHER VS. PAQUIAO: "SABOTAGE" CLAIMS ARE ANOTHER EMBARRASSMENT FOR BOXING

        May 4, 2015:

Now, we don't know if Pacquiao's camp is exaggerating or lying or whatever else, or if the Nevada commission did know about the injury (even if they did, Pacquiao's team should have checked that "yes" box instead of "no"), or if there is some mass conspiracy, or if the world and stars and universe all came together, working through the Nevada State Athletic Commission and #TMT to shoot down Manny Pacquiao's chances. This isn't even totally about that.

What we can say, or at least I will, is that this is another complete embarrassment for the sport of boxing. All that talk of the Fight of the Century, about the hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue generated, the fighters' massive paychecks, the $100 pay-per-view, the tickets, the agony in putting the fight together, all those celebrities in attendance, the special neutral graphics on TV that indicated neither HBO nor Showtime, the delightful banter between Jim Lampley and Al Bernstein, Mayweather going to 48-0, Pacquiao getting his opportunity and falling short -- none of that is really being talked about now.

Who's right? It doesn't even matter, and we'll almost certainly never really know. Opinions will be formed, takes will be hot, and this will be fodder for more "boxing is dead" articles and talking head TV discussions. And, really, if you take off the blinders of your fandom and look at this from the outside a little bit, can you blame anyone? This was the big fight? Which now is about shoulder injuries and sabotage?

It's once again about claims of sabotage, conspiracy, corruption, or whatever else. This was the Fight of the Century. And unfortunately, it does represent where boxing far too often is today. Scandal, controversy, accusations, and politics. The fights and the athletes are pushed to the background, while the blame game takes center stage.

Welcome to boxing. I understand if you won't be staying.

Like I said many times before this fight..."Blame Bob Arum!"

You're a lame. They arent going to give Pacquiao a shot without knowing why hes getting it. Theres a process for a reason ,they would of had their doctor monitor Pacquiao had they known. You dont just say ' heck screw the process' Manny screwed Manny and his fans. You sound so freaking bitter pointing blame elsewhere. Hold this

The form asked the question "Have you had any injuries to your shoulders, elbows or hands that needed evaluation or examination?" ''If yes, please explain." HE CHECKED NO
And Manny said he hurt it in the fight soooooo what is it? This guy is a disgrace. he's a liar, just ask his wife.

              May 5, 2015:

To make matters worse, Pacquiao and his promoter, Top Rank, released a statement Monday that said his advisers notified the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency; which oversaw drug testing for the fight; of Pacquiao's right shoulder injury well before the May 2 bout "during training." The statement also said USADA "confirmed in writing that the proposed treatments, if used, were completely allowed."

Sources told The News, however, that Pacquiao's camp never informed USADA of the boxer's shoulder injury, and that the two calls his camp made to USADA prior to the fight were inquiries into whether certain substances Pacquiao was considering using were prohibited or not.

Pacquiao's statement also said that the medication; approved for fight night was a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (Toradol). Aguilar said Pacquiao's team made a request hours before the fight for a lidocaine shot and anti-inflammatories.

We go through the weigh-in (May 1), we get to the fight, a little after 6 p.m. (local time), we were made aware Pacquiao potentially had a shoulder injury. Then after we were made aware about the injury, a request came to inject his shoulder with lidocaine and a couple anti-inflammatories; said Aguilar. We gathered our doctor, Dr. (Timothy) Trainor, who works with the commission evaluating some of these medical concerns, we got with (Pacquiao's) two doctors that did his medical exam prior to weigh-in, and we started going through some of these questions as to what does this mean.

We got our grounding to what the issue was. It's 6, the fight is supposed to start at 8, you've got to be very conscious about the time and the athlete's health.

Aguilar said the commission refused the shot because it was too close to fight time and you want the fighter to be in a natural state. You don't want them to be masking the pain. If they're masking the pain, they are potentially going to have some long-term damage that they may not have had had they not taken the drug.

According to Travis Tygart, the CEO of USADA, Pacquiao's camp let the boxer down big time by failing to disclose the boxer's shoulder injury.

"If you're a caring person and Manny actually had an injury, while it has nothing to do with anti-doping, his camp let him down by inaccurately filling out the paperwork for the Nevada Commission in violation of its rules, said Tygart. He didn't get the medication that he otherwise could have used. You feel sorry that his team let him down the way that they did. His team either committed an egregious mistake, or their gamesmanship by not disclosing something that could give the opponent a tactical advantage a shoulder injury came back to bite them.

If Pacquiao was really in so much pain that he couldnt cut off the ring(Something hes never been known for anyway) move a way from the jab and right(Which he was never expected to be capable of doing) He should have just quit like the biitch and fraud hes proven to be, and gave Mayweather a TKO win then cried about the injury , instead of fooling the world and lying and forever ruining his image

I'm convinced Michael Koncz was a mole in Pac's camp for Floyd. He told TMT about the shoulder injury.. I bet Freddie is on suicide watch right now with all the BS going around about his camp. There was too many hands in the pot for this fight and it's all Manny's fault. After watching Ariza talk about how fond he is of Manny on "At Last", they should have never gotten rid of him.
