Floyd clowned on Pacquaio and made it look easy!
Despite having injury, Pacquiao came to fight. Floyd came to "survive" a Pacquiao fight. Everytime Pacquiao attack, Floyd hug and headlock him. Cotto, Marquez and Bradley doesn't hug Pacquiao that much and their fights are epic. Even Floyd Sr. is not happy of Floyd Jr's performance

They're getting world record purses and charging a record amount to watch. I want to see more than a chess match. It was piss poor.

Yup...I thought it was a good fight. Intense with each guy trying to set traps.

It was poor offense by both for the same reason, each of them avoided the others trap. Both of them were reticent to come in and throw and they both fought extremely cautious. The mistake for Manny is that such a fight would always favour Floyd!

This gets brought up all the time by the people excusing this fight. Trap setting, footwork, distance control, feints etc are all well and good, but they can all happen in a fight which has actual punches landed. Or drama of any kind.

Just saying it was good fight because there was lots going on other than clean punches doesn't make much sense to me. Clean punches are the end game. The touchdowns. The goals. The homeruns. Its what the two guys in the ring are aiming for. Both Mayweather and Pacquiao failed to consistently achieve what they were aiming for, though May did slightly better in most the rounds.

This is coming from a Rigondeaux fan btw.
