Not with Oscar suing Haymon that is not happening on top of his bitterness and jealousy all weekend because he wasn't part of the biggest event in boxing history

So No that fight is not going to happen!

Pointless thinking about it fans will turn their nose up as usual and call for someone who won't even remotely be competitive I.E Thurman.

It doesn't matter no one is beating Floyd. The person with the best chance is Khan because of his speed and length. Thurman doesn't have a chance he will get frustrated after round 4

You know I'm a Matthysse fan but I think Mayweather holds his way through this fight, debatable whether LM's power carries up either.

I honestly think it would be a close competitive fight. I think Thurman would be willing to eat Floyd's counter right hand to get his pound of flesh and Thurman has game changing power. Anyways I doubt Thurman is on the table anyway with him fighting in July.

Thurman is not a huge puncher by any stretch. He has decent power, far from one punch power and his defence has more holes than Swiss cheese. The guy is a decent amateur who will get wiped the moment he faces someone with good timing.
He is so predictable in his attacks its laughable. I won't be shocked if Porter beats him, not one bit.

He is raw and being kept away from certain styles for a reason. He wouldn't even beat a Provodnikov.
He is just the next American hype seeing Floyds retiring soon and Porter got axed.
Nothing special about Keith Thurman what so ever.

I like Thurman because he has versatility, if he takes too many punches he'll switch to the backfoot. I don't think he gets the Floyd fight though, I think Khan will get it.

Porter can maybe beat him but he definitely has Ken Porter shook so maybe not. He'd easily beat Provo because of his ability to move and throw bombs on the backfoot.
