DUDE!....i know. i can't believe it wasn't a toe-to-toe war. after all of those ring magazine fights of the year that mayweather has been in, why did he pick the biggest fight in boxing history to change his style? I CALLING WASHINGTON!!!@!

i bet it would have been an awesome fight if pacquiao got the decision.

May favorite opponents for Floyds last fight:

        1. Thurman
        2. Brook
        3. GGG

But I think it will be Cotto.

Mayweather needs to do a freebie non-PPV fight with an easy opponent to fulfill his Showtime contract. Every fighter should have a gimme fight. Even Pacquioa had Algeri, Rios, and pillow-punching Bradley. Or maybe Floyd should fight a rematch of Judah or some older washed up fighter. He pushed himself long enough and the more he wins the haters screams for more. Thurman, GGG, then Klitchko!.

At least by doing this he is admitting he lost last night. He's lost before so its no big deal but if he really wants to be honorable he should refund anyone who paid for the PPV or bought tickets for his non-effort.

Ummm... NO. Floyd has a contract with Showtime, not PBC. You really DKSAB do you? You prove it every time you write a post.

Showtime's parent company is CBS or ABC (idr which one & can't be bothered to look it up). PBC has deals with both of them iirc + has a friendly relationship with Showtime. And Mayweather has been with Al Haymon forever (since the Arum split iirc). He has had no affiliation with the PBC stuff, but he's been a long time advised boxer of Al Haymon.

Whats the logic of dropping all the alphabet belts if not to make some sort of move? I don't buy he's just trying to give the up & coming guys more chances or w/e bs he said during the post fight press conference. Something is going on here besides Floyd has randomly decided after 48 fights & a nearly 20 year career that he is tired of fighting for & defending all these belts that he shows off & hypes at every opportunity for his last fight.
