i think theres a good chance that Floyd vacating WBC belts at 147 + 154 will allow Cotto to get a "special dispensation" to fight Mayweather for 160 title.

Cotto has his voluntary in June, but that wouldn't shock me if they were to pull some strings and allow for Mayweather to pass over GGG to fight for the belt
