He's not as big because he obviously got blood drained to the extreme. This for sure isn't a 'he's off that stuff' type suggestion by teddy at all. usada has defeated the Pac-Man

Pac today. Look at how his neck looks thinner.
Ur right I think he shot PED straight in his neck. Ur right Sherlock Holmes. Manny had this PED neck before. He looks more ripped now but his neck tells it all.

Looking at pictures today and during the cotto weigh-in in 2009. He looks the same.

You're an idiot. So compared to 2009, 6 years ago, now 36 years old, and not 30, Manny can't look leaner???? Some guys want to be lean later so that they maintain hand speed. Many fighters can't pull that off, getting heavier and slower in their mid to late 30's, becoming more flat footed. I'd say Manny is training very smart, and who are you to understand the differences in camera angles, the lighting, the angle the photographer is taking photos from... so many variables, you have no idea what you're looking at clown. Just another illiterate from the hood.

I'm not buying it. I think Pac just looks different due to the training they've done for this camp. He's come in lighter to emphasis speed, so I expect a lot of footwork on display from Pac. In and out for the whole fight. If he hits Floyd flush and his punches just have no effect then maybe, but the weigh-in tells me nothing that this isn't the same Pac from recent years. Of course he's not the guy from 5-6 years ago.

Floyd's been regularly tested during his fight camps for the last five years, while continuing on with said testing for this current fight camp as well.

Pacquiao is wolfing down meals, just prior to the weigh-in, to end up at 145 on the official scales.

Say what you want, the Pacquiao that fought Cotto in 2009 was something different; the fact that he was able to do to Miguel Cotto, a rugged fighter with skills, what no one, sans a now-questionably handwrapped Margarito, was able to do immediately raised questions with basically every knowledgeable boxing personality.

Physically, Pacquiao today (and arguably since that very moment) has physically diminished drastically since that moment. Whatever the cause, there was clear physical change from about the time that random testing came forward. Something changed in a major way, and no one has been able to explain it.
