There be no knockouts or knockdowns here. But money be doing what money do best: A big points win in a fight he controls.
calm down n let the fight happen.... Then complain

On an interview after the final press conference Floyd also acknowledged that Pacs fights well on the back foot but not so good going forward.

I doubt Mayweather comes out aggressive.

So we believe him based on what he says about Manny fighting good on his back foot?

But we don't believe him when he says he will be aggressive in fighting Manny?

Remember what Floyd said...I don't look at a guys weaknesses, I look at his strengths and I take that away from him.

Remember what Hopkins said re: the Tito fight: If someone has a gun, your best bet isn't to run away from it, but to run toward it. You have a better chance of disarming him than you do of running away from bullets.

That's the approach I want from him, zap Pacquiao's power and speed early, outboxing him is all good and dandy but then you got a ticking bomb ready to go off at any moment. Even Bradley who went full ****** in the rematch slowed Pacquiao down considerably.

But what we are really witnessing/celebrating… is him being an ego-maniac and getting the edge because of it (remember we hypothesized they are equally gifted).

We would say with gravity things like: “we’ll never again see such a gifted boxer”, “it was an honor to witness this”, “the loser is great too but just couldn’t match this God given talent”... And all these would be just plain ****** things to say and we would just be celebrating the consequences of being an ego-maniac.

Realizing this makes me uneasy about being too big of a boxing fan. How about you?
No, not at all. One guy works his ass off and the other squanders away their natural gifts, what is the problem with appreciating the hard worker?
Besides, why be proud of ones natural gifts? Great, you have good genetics, who cares? It is what you do with yourself that is important.

And to the folks that think he's just going to hop in and throw 100 punches a round, again, haven't watched Mayweather fight enough. His defense isn't going to go out the door, and his ring smarts aren't going to just vanish. It will be a calculated approach, aggressive, but calculated.

I been saying this all along. Floyd is going to bust Pac in the mouth within the first 10 secs of the fight and then follow it up with a two piece punch meal combo. That's will be his way of saying, 'Hello.......I'm the P4P King'.
