  • What Floyd is saying is that he will fight like he fought earlier in his career at 130, 135 and 140. Floyd was a very aggressive fighter when he fought at the lower weights and that is how he recorded so many knockouts in the first half of his career. I don't know how many, but he KO'd a lot of opponents at the lower weights in the first three rounds. Most people on this message board aren't aware of this because they have only been watching boxing for a few years and they think Floyd's career started at 147.

    • I don't like to bet on fights, but I'm ready to bet a 1000 dollars that Floyd will be more aggressive in this fight than we've ever seen him in the last 7 years, look at all his fights against southpaws (except Guerrero), he always had the most success when he's moving forward and going to the body with the straight right and the left hook to the liver. Also from the way he was hitting the bag and the body suit in training it looked to me that he's focusing on power, he was putting a lot of power on every punch he threw at the bag, which is unlikely of him. He's been kinda bulking up for the fight and Pacquiao is looking tiny for this fight, I'd be surprised if he weighed in more than 145 lbs tonight. Floyd will go exclusively to the body early and risk getting caught by Manny cuz he knows Manny's 1 punch KO power isn't what it used to be and Floyd has a tremendous chin, then strating from the 5th Floyd will start targeting Pacquiao's big head with right hands followed by left hooks.

      May the best man win!

Manny never had 1 punch ko power at 147. Stop it. You seem to think pacman is a slow plodding fighter. Or you think he all of sudden developed lead feet??

        • From reading some of the comments, a lot of you think Pacquaio can't be walked down or backed up. This will be telling.

          • He might not go backwards but he will NOT go agressive.
