Exactly, what people don't get. Pac doesn't need to use the jab because his fighting style works fine without it.

        Yes it will.

May not win him the fight. But Mayweather will get hit and hit a lot. If people could avoid Pacquiao's fist, they would. I don't think anyone not named JMM walks into the ring saying "My strategy is to let Pacquiao tee off on my face".

They get hit because they can't avoid it. Pacquiao will likely miss more than he ever has before and Mayweather will likely get hit more than he ever has before.

Off course Floyd is going to get hit its a fight , but the percentage will be the lowest in Mannys career , at this point in time I think Floyd will take Mannys shots no problems Im not so sure Manny will take Floyds , that JMM explosion is still in his head and the reason they have been fighting JWWs , Manny has a switch you just got to hit it right .

If you watch the limited footage we have of pac doing work.

you can see him feint a right hook and throwing the left down the middle

could be one of the many tools roach and manny will use. Floyd will be expecting the right hook.

And punches landed on Floyd will be the highest in Floyd's career. We're on the same page. And everyone has that switch. It's called a "closed head injury". The brain resets itself but by the time it does, they ref has already counted you out long ago.

              Floyd has it too.

I'd still put Manny's chin above Floyd's. The difference is that Floyd doesn't get hit clean often. But, when he does, you really notice. You saw how poorly he reacted to Maidana's glancing blows in the first few rounds. It's inevitable that he's getting clean by Manny and we don't really know how he'll handle it. As far as Pac's chin goes, Bradley was planting his feet and giving him everything he had and couldn't bother him. Floyd's shop worn and brittle hands aren't likely to shake him.

I will say though, that he handled Mosley really well. I get that it was an above/behind the ear equilibrium shot and all you need is a few seconds to regain your balance.

But for someone who has never been staggered like that, he had the wherewithal to tie Mosley up.

Agreed, he is nothing but a pro in the ring.
I really hope if Manny manages to stun him, he'll follow up.
In the last JMM fight every time he would land anything hard he would just stand there. ***in follow up Pac.

Well check this out. When you say Manny-Marquez 4, peoples' minds rush to "KO". I mean, when a knockout is that sensational, who really cares what happened before that moment.

But I though Manny was waxing Marquez's ass. I mean, it was competitive, with plenty of give and take. But, Manny was out for blood. I don't even think the KO was him letting his guard down or getting careless.

That KO punch was just one for the ages. It was perfectly timed, perfectly placed, and thrown with everything JMM could put behind it. That was just Manny's time to sleep.
