that's just his check on Saturday. I'm sure he will make the rest from PPV sales, gate etc.

That drop would be swallowed by the bureaucracy that surrounds large charities. As I said, the best charity to give to are the ones where you can personally verify where the money goes, where you can see it in action. For Manny that would be causes in the Philippines where he can oversee that the money gets where he wants it to go.

Look at what happens when there are disasters like typhoons and tsunamis and earthquakes... people donate money and less than 10% of it actually gets where it should. Big charities are more corrupt than third world governments.

I wasnt lying when i said Bob was gonna make more than Pac this weekend and Bob literally just confirmed. Freakn Bob will be Bob SMH. Im still hoping that MFer croaks before Saturday.
          You're an idiot.

I don't agree. You hire your own people to oversee the funds and you can make a difference.

I have seen it happen, in many countries even supposedly corrupt ones.

There is no doubt some charities are corrupt. Others not so much.

“Floyd likes to talk about the money, and that’s his prerogative,” Arum said before a press conference at MGM Grand. “We’d rather not talk about the money because the more money we talk about the more charities line up to get a piece.”

If Manny is guaranteed a minimum of 80 mil., why is he only getting a check for 25 mil.. I smell rip-off

Chill guys. There's no proof of this. That's his promoter trying to promote his image. Is there any proof written in ink that Pacquiao will donate "Half" of his earnings?

                Chill.

Besides, both fighters will be donating to charity for tax refunds....

Manny is really a great man. But half of his earnings seems excessive considering he already has had tax problems, I hope he isn't being too generous to the point where it is hurting himself financially.

I am sure Arum is exaggerating.

Isn't his cut 80 mil guaranteed before PPV and gate?
