I hope Arum is only going off speculation. Now if Manny donates to charities in the Philippines only that's fine. But don't throw it away here. Our government gives hundreds of millions to counties like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq totaling billions a year. So instead of using the money here to help us out they give it away. They expect us to give to charity. Anyone who does donate to charity is ******, that's the government's job
