    Nov. 28, 2008 Freddie Roach .

The size difference is what everyone is talking about. Manny is mature. He’s a much bigger person than he used to be. He’s not that skinny, 112-pound kid anymore. He weighs 152 pounds right now [a few weeks before the fight]. His body fat is six percent. He’s coming down to 147, not going up. He’s coming down, just like Oscar is. The biggest thing is, when someone goes up a weight class and fights and then comes back down to his original weight class, he usually has bad results. You see it in history. It happened to Roy Jones [who went from light heavyweight to heavyweight and back down]. Oscar will suffer to make 147; and I think he’ll be weaker as a result. I don’t think the bigger guy will be the stronger guy on Dec. 6. He’ll be taller, maybe a little heavier, but not stronger. Manny will be the bigger puncher, the faster puncher, the busier guy. Activity is my biggest thing. And Manny is better prepared for that. We fought four times this year. Oscar hasn’t fought four times in four years. I think speed and activity wins this fight, not size.
I'm talking about size and you're talking about weight. Manny's a midget!

And what did Manny do , fight a list of JWWS .

You see in boxing hating morons like you dont understand boxing thats one of the weirds aspects of the game , the fans are not brains driven they are ego driven , the mechanics of boxing and the way the media will hype things up or down to the whim of the editor , out of the mixer is pure hype and it is made for people like you , the fanboy , the guys that go outa their way just to hate on a fighter .

Youre a typical fanboy that thinks if a fight doesnt happen , or if a guy calls somebody and a fight doesnt happen , to you the fanboy thats a duck lol , they cant fight them all so every one becomes a duck to the haters , its madness and so ignorant to how the sport works .

Every single fighter that you idolize has done what you accuse Floyd of doing , all of them and thats a fact and why I constatly call you out on all your BS double standards , if you want to name them I will give you a list of every body they ducked , every body they cheated , every body that was shorter taller wider that they wouldnt have beat because he had size 10 boots on , every fighter

The time and effort you put in just to hate on a fighter is insane , I couldnt be bothered searching around for hours just to find a bit of dirt that can be copy paste .

      Fckn weirdos .
      GGG? lol!

      Khan? lol!

Thurman/Porter? Who would Manny be calling? What would be gained? Floyd had a better chance of making that fight .... so nice try but you know what time it is.

Williams and Floyd was promoted by Al Haymon. Williams said it can be made IF Floyd wants it.

Unlike those you named, Sergio Martinez was the man to beat but Floyd avoided him. Waited until he can take on someone less risky.

Winky, Floyd started that one. When Winky said OK, Floyd went into hiding.

We all know what happened with Margarito .... nothing

In the Winky/Floyd situation, BOB ARUM kept moving the parameters. Sound familiar?

"I walked in, I told him: "I believe we have a deal,' " Shaw said. "And Bob said, "so it's a deal - 55-45 (money split)'.

"I said, "Bob, that was never, ever discussed, no deal' and that was that."

While Shaw said he agreed with just about all of the demands from the Mayweather team, principally regarding weight, he doesn't think the Detroit fighter, aformer Olympian, was behind the breakdown.

"I think it's Arum," Shaw said. "When Floyd normally calls someone out, he's serious about fighting them."

You missed this part of it:

"When I was in Arum's office he talked about different splits," recalled Shaw, who said at that time the numbers he was told differed from the ones he had agreed to. "I started to yell, I said, 'It's gotta be 50-50.' He said, 'All right, all right. Why are you yelling? I'm just the messenger. Come back, we'll do the deal.' I walked downstairs here at the Beverly Hills Hotel, I said, 'We have a deal?' He looked at me and said, '55-45.' I said, 'No, 50-50. He said, 'There's no deal.' "

Arum confirmed that Wright-Mayweather is dead as of now.

"There were requests made by Floyd Mayweather, we laid it out and I think they were fair requests," said the veteran promoter. "Gary rejected them, so there's no fight. We have to sit with Floyd and we'll figure out [what we do next].

"Floyd's been talking a lot of trash, saying he's going to knock Winky out; he told Kevin Iole he wants to fight," said Shaw. "He wanted the fight on Sunday. On Monday I went to Top Rank's office personally. My feeling is that Floyd never wanted the fight. He was just talking smack."

lol. You just don't like Floyd at all, do you? The person involved in the negotiations claimed that he believes it was all Bob Arum, yet you still throw that out and say it was Floyd. lol

Look at the common denominator in all of this fishy business that we've been discussing. Who is the man that is involved in every single one?

Did you read my quotes? He said that Floyd never really wanted the fight and basically ducked Winky!

I guess you do not know Floyd and his team. This is not the first time. Arum said if its not Winkly then we will try against Margarito. Floyd didn't want Margarito either on several occasions. Arum wanted that!

Same goes with Castillo II (rematch). Arum wanted it in LA but Floyd wanted it in Vegas. Where did it happen? Vegas.

Here are comments made by Floyd NOT ARUM after they had agreed to 50/50 and Winky had to weigh the morning of the bout rather than the day before and Wright would not be allowed to gain more than eight pounds between weighing in and the start of the contest. :

"I like Winky but if he's even talking about fighting me at 50-50 the fight ain't never going to happen." - Floyd Mayweather

Question to Floyd: FLOYD IS A WINKY FIGHT POSSIBLE FOR THE RIGHT PRICE?

"Anything is always possible as long as he comes off of that ridiculous demand of parity." - Floyd Mayweather

Theres always some excuse being thrown out there for Floyd winning. Why can't it be that the man is just good at what he does. People go from height, weight, cherry picking, and age to dumb down his victories. Pacquaio fought and beat some of the same guys Floyd fought, but no one said anything bad about those victories. Why does Floyd get all the negativity?

                    • Off the top of my head Floyd has only fought one fighter with a longer reach than him and it was Mosley. That is the main thing with Floyd. He has rarely fought a guy longer than him. I really don't think Floyd would have ever dreamed of fighting a guy like Vernon Forrest for example.
