When was the last time Mayweather fought someone taller than him?

I'm thinking of De la Hoya back in 2007?

I see other fighters, and they always fight people taller than them from time to time. But Mayweather seems to avoid anyone that could be taller than him. He always fights people smaller than him and with less reach than him.

Am I correct? No one talks about this but this is important too. The guy never takes a risk.

PRetty sure he's taller than him by like an inch.

Pretty sure Ortiz was taller though.

Ortiz, Guerrero and Mosley were also taller if I remember correctly.

Canelo is 0.3 inch (1cm) taller than him. Same Ortiz. Does it count? I mean... you think of Pacquiao.. he has fought people that was three inches or more taller than him. You think of Matthysse, Broner, Martinez... they all fought people a few inches taller than him.

Why is mayweather never taking that risk and avoiding fighters that are taller than him by a few inches? he only agreed to fight dela hoya but he was wasted already and about to retire.

It's ok, this thread makes us all a little less intelligent as soon as we clicked on to read it.
