I urge people to read this technical analysis of Fury, it's an excellent post - http://bit.ly/1G5470M
Sometimes, when I read the derogatory comments about Fury at this site posted by guys who can be very shrewd and insightful on other topics, I scratch my head and wonder if I've fallen into the trap of becoming a "fan boy" of a particular fighter for reasons other than boxing ability.
In Fury's case, because he makes me laugh and lives just down the M6 from me.
So it's reassuring to know that an objective and knowledgeable boxing writer can see the same things in Fury as I see.

People are starting to come round though, slowly but surely.

People also don't realise that Fury is a very intelligent boxer, who reads the sweet science well, and is capable of adjusting to whoever he's facing. People just assume he's thick as a plank because he's uneducated.
If you watch his interviews on IFL, his knowledge about boxing history is excellent, a quick example is him pwning David Haye on Ringside - Skip to 11.50
Dwyer also agrees with me about Fury's ring intelligence.

I've followed Klitschko's career for the last 10 years and this is one of the easier fights to analyze and predict. Fury will prove to be an easy and very hittable target for Wlad because of his sheer size and because of the counter punching opportunities he will provide. Tyson is solid boxer with good skills and his movement occationally looks good for a big guy like him. However, Wlad's superior boxing skills, power, defense, preparedness and athleticism is leaps and bounds better than Fury's.
After the less-than-perfect performance against Jennings and combined with Tyson Fury's antics, Wlad is gonna want to come out and impress and win big. Having said all that, I expect a big mid round KO/TKO by the champ

Fury would have to put in the most disciplined performance that ive ever seen from him to win this fight.
In the end i cant see him holding up when WK touches him, nor can i see his defence being good enough to keep WK out the whole fight.
He might cause some problems with his ability punch on the move, which Wlad struggles with at times, and his willingness to mix it up inside.

I'm not sure I see him beating Wlad. He's good and a big lump but I still think he's chinny and easy to hit. If anyone's getting knocked out here its more likely Fury. I'm intrigued to see how Wlad fights against the taller, heavier opponent. Will fury try and walk him down or move? Its a very interesting fight, hope it happens.

Even if Fury gets stopped, and that might happen - I see this fight as being way more competitive than Wlad's recent fights. Could be wrong, but that's how I see it.
Wouldn't be surprised if Wlad got himself knocked out. He looked old and slow against Jennings (also against Povetkin and even got rocked by a jab from Pulev), so he's definitely not the fighter that fought Haye in 2011.
He might possibly still be too much for Fury, but Fury doesn't get tired, he doesn't care about Wlad, he can't be held, he can't be leaned on, he does throw every punch in the book and can switch stances.
If Wlad does a proper job on Fury I'll be very impressed.
