As for the fight, Foreman says he's rooting for Mayweather -- and believes he's the better fighter -- but says he thinks Manny will ultimately win the fight.
Then they be like:
And here's your face after Floyd embarrasses the Filipino.
George Foreman keeping it real. People love to romanticize about the old days and give those fighters more credit than they deserve. I know i'm in the minority when I say that, but I've never seen any fighter from the old days fight like Roy Jones or Floyd Mayweather.
A 46 year old, two decades removed from peak boxer and a 38 year old, near twenty year professional - all part of da new breed, yo!
Foreman loves the spotlight. He'll say any rear-end kissing thing... in a feeble attempt to remain relevant. Robinson or Ali would be the greatest ever... because they ducked no one. Not Floydie. Floydie has ran from a bunch of tough challenges, so IOW even HE thinks he isn't the best ever. For Foreman to stick his big foot in his even bigger mouth is ridiculous. Foreman, a quitter who got his back-door handed to him by Axel Schulz, then was stripped of the title for refusing to rematch him. Anything George says you can take with a grain of salt. Because there's always an ulterior motive in his mind.
Foreman is just saying what ALOT of people logically know deep down, not about Mayweather being better than Ali, the bigger picture, athletes today are just stronger, smarter and better conditioned and its not a knock, or trash talk... We're advanced.
Yes it does you just got to put things into true perspective , in other words leave out the hype and emotionally based bias and just dissect the fighters .
