Why did the judges give Danny Garcia the fight?

Peterson was outboxing Garcia. He wasn't doing too much "running" (except for rounds 4 and 10).

Garcia was moving forward but he was barely landing anything, peterson was jabbing hinm all night

Garcia was landing power shots to the body. Peterson was landing a couple jabs and maybe a right hand. The body shots were the best shots in most of those early rounds. People keep talking about all the punches Garcia missed and ignoring all the punches Peterson missed.

Peterson made a mistake not kicking into gear earlier. He could have taken the fight clearly, but he messed up. I was rooting madly for Peterson, but it was not a robbery in any way at all.

You usually have to land more than light flicking jabs if you are retreating. Especially if you are the B side in the equation. And I really wanted to see Garcia lose.

I see the dilemna and it sucks...Truth is in a fair world one would say that Garcia won those early rounds by a thin margin at best...While Peterson really dominated him in the rounds he won...So Peterson wins, but it doesn't work that way and Peterson was an idiot to so blatently give the early rounds away.

Boxing does not work that way... your right but Peterson has nobody to blame but himself...you do certain things you leave yourself open to the judges. Not that it is any conselation but when they read that decision I was pretty pissed! the wife kicked me out of the room haha. I thought in my naive way that maybe the judges would have given Peterson a few of those **** rounds in the early going... Garcia has had his hand raised wrong a few times now.

It was a difficult fight to score because of the first six rounds where none of them were landing that many punches. Most of those rounds could've gone either way. Peterson was the better boxer in the second half of the fight and finished stronger. At the end of the day It was a close fight.

im pretty sure all of you know that up and coming celebrities or singers have to do some dirty work for old rich or to some gay guys to put their career on a top level.

He got smacked around with the jab and right hand all night, had a little bit of success in the middle rounds, missed almost every punch he threw in the later rounds also. Then got beat up in the last rounds.

Peterson looked great with the movement and slipping punches making danny miss and landed at will. Why wasnt he the winner ?

Your boy Al Hymen is why. Garcia is some dude he is trying to sell to the general public as a Puerto Rican beast, so yup, even though Peterson whooped up on him, it's a business after all and no one is safe when it comes to bringing in the all mighty dollar.
